Halloween Season!

Here are our pictures from the rest of October. Enjoy!

Here is my little girl being a little mommy. She insists on carrying around her baby, my keys, and a purse full of nail polish. Wow! She is a true girl!!

On this morning Madeline wouldn't eat breakfast without her best friend Spot. Aww!

Here is just another picture of Madeline taking care of her babies.

I LOVE this picture. Josh let Madeline pick out her outfit for the day...

We decided to take Madeline to an event called Boo at the Zoo. Josh and I had fun, but felt bad because Madeline was scared of all of the skeletons, spiderwebs, and Halloween decorations until the very, very end.

Josh and Madeline at Boo at the Zoo.

Here is Josh working on our pumpkin. I was in charge of the eyes and nose and Josh was in charge of the mouth...

Josh is pretty talented huh??

Here is Josh and his masterpiece!!

Last one of the pumpkin, I promise. I had to show my finishing touches. :)

We also took Madeline trick or treating at the Purdue Dorms. This is her friend Molly, here they are decorating sugar cookies, before they go out trick or treating. Madeline picked off all the sprinkles and ate them and then ate her whole cookie.

Trick or treating in action. Cute story- Madeline LOVED picking out the candy and putting it in her basket. One time she couldn't quite reach all the way across to her basket and so she kept spinning and spinning and spinning. I had to stop her and help her put it in. It was so cute!

Head down, running to the next door, no time for a picture.

Her feelings are evident after the night of trick or treating. :)

Mmmm!

These next four pictures are just for my mom who asked me to post the dinner we had for Halloween. I have to give ALL the credit to my BFF Amelia, I copied all the ideas from her blog from last year... so here are the pictures... not aesthetically pleasing, but we had fun. :)

Here is our Yummy Mummy.

Goblin eyes...? This was my first attempt at making deviled eggs... uh, I'm learning. :)

Witch's Fingers... (cheese wrapped in lunch meat)

Madeline drinks her Witch's Blood.

Josh was a biker for Halloween. Do you like his sweet chest hair??

I dressed up as a nurse... um, creative, huh? :)

Are we done with Halloween YET??!!??

the pumpkin is awesome!!! that's the first pumpkin eating pumpkin I've ever seen. I might try that next year, and I didn't really know you could carve the little pumpkins until this year either, weird?

Madeline was such a cutie with the trick-or-treating.

Yay! HAPPY hALLOWEEN! I have to say I am SOOOO impressed with those teeth Josh! Incredible! Way to go. Madeline's expressions are priceless too. And a nurse, how creative Tifani! That didn't look like a costume at all, I saw you like that all the time. Which reminds me...I got my RN License renewal reminder in the mail. To do or not to do, that is the question...

Hey I wish I would have thought of the pumpkin idea for my dental office. Maybe next year.
