Here are our Thanksgiving pictures!! We are so lucky that we got to go to Iowa to visit Brent, Danielle, Morgan, and Daphne. We sure love them!! Sorry, the pictures are out of order... but enjoy nonetheless. :)
The day after Thanksgiving we went to a Christmas tree farm and got their tree. We had so much fun! We even got complimentary cider and homemade cookies at the end...mmmm!

Here is Josh the day before Thanksgiving helping to accomplish the lofty goal of creating 14 HOMEMADE PIES!!! Completely from scratch! Congratulations Brent and Josh! They were all AMAZING!

Here is the turkey drying after Danielle brined it... who brines their own turkey?? Cool, huh! It was freshly killed two days before Thanksgiving, so she had to brine, baste, and some other things I don't remember... by the way it was unbelievably delicious!

Our feast awaits us...
This is the product of all the pie baking. We had two pumpkins, two apples (my personal favorite) and a gluten free apple (traded for the chocolate mousse pie), 2 berries, 2 pecan, one banana cream, two coconut creams, a cheesecake, and I think that's it. So maybe we only had thirteen. :)

Feast time!! We all have so much to be grateful for!

That is a lot of pie. We also were impressed with Madeline's hair. It has gotten so long. Julia says, "Madeline is silly when she was in the picture with her eating the candy bar. Because it said mmmmm." Also, I like your blog layout. It's pretty cute. Thanks for sharing all the pictures.
