I have WEEKS of stuff to catch up on, but wanted to share the exciting events of this week...
Well, this was just a really cute picture of Moira! :)
We finally decided that it was time for Madeline to give up her plugs (pacifiers for those of you unfamiliar with the term). We had a huge party! We bought balloons, tied the plugs on, and sent them up to the sky. After the balloon ceremony we came in and ate her requested Cinderella cake and she got to open a present.
Here is a close up of the cake, before we sent the plugs away! :) It seriously took me ALL day! (BUT... it was a lot of fun!)
Madeline was in HEAVEN!! We sang "You're a big girl, it's true! You're a big girl, it's true!" (To the tune of happy birthday!) The party was a great hit, but that night was not so fun...
By the way, Moira loved the cake too! :)

That cake is amazing Tifani! Did you take a class or are you really just that incredible naturally!? (I know you're just that incredible, but I'm hoping that at least in the cake decorating arena I might some day catch up!)

Great idea! A plug party. I think it would be so awesome. How's she doing now? I want to get rid of the girl's soothers (as we Canadian's call them) :) by the time they are 2...we will see. I might regret that! AMAZING CAKE! way to go! And that first picture Moira looks a lot like your Dad I think!
