Happy Birthday Madeline AND Moira!!

For Madeline's birthday (back in the beginning of July!)  We were visiting my sister in Phoenix, AZ.  Josh was being interviewed and Moira wasn't two yet, so we figured it would be the cheapest vacation we could take... WOOHOO!  We flew out on the fourth of July and stayed all week!!!  We had SO MUCH FUN!!  But, Arizona is SO SO HOT in JULY!!!!!!!!  We pretty much just went to their swimming pool all the TIME and, uh, kept cool inside!!!!!!

Here is the birthday girl!

Steph has a DQ right around the corner, so we couldn't resist getting the cake!  Mmmm!!

Madeline pretty much scored big time.  Josh had to chop the fairy box in two so he could fit it in his suitcase.  :)  It's ok, they didn't stay in the boxes for very long.

Trip to Krispy Kreme with the cousins!

We went on this AWESOME boat cruise tour.  It filled this need inside of me to see sagebrush and mountains again... good ole' Cedar City (where I grew up!).  It was really pretty and neat.  The girls liked wearing their life jackets as Dora says, "So they could be safe!"

The WHOLE group of us!!  Awwww!!!!

Here's right after I told Josh I was pregnant (so, really I'm only probably 5 weeks- meaning none really!).  I told him to go look in the oven.  I had put my positive pregnancy test in a hot dog bun and he took it out and looked at me very confused.  I said, "Hun, we got a bun in the oven!"  He said it was my best way of announcing ever.  :)  Ha!  Excuse my very old, nasty shirt please... it's just an undershirt!  :)

My 'WOOT we're having another baby' flowers!

We took a trip to the Chicago temple and stayed at a hotel.  Later in the day we went to the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago.  Everybody was sort of tired, so it wasn't our best trip ever.  BUT... we're glad we went... sort of.  :)

A cute picture from Moira.

Because Madeline never really got to celebrate a party with friends we made fruit loop necklaces, painted nails, and dressed up with these cute girls!  It was awesome!

I always wanted Madeline to wear this dress and she never would.  Moira LOVES it!  She says she has to wear her 'seat belt' with it.  :)  Ha!

This is what happens when you are pregnant and slightly brainless.  I turned on the hot soapy water and stepped out of the kitchen for a second.  I went and checked my email, checked on the girls and in the meantime totally forgot about my running water.  I hurried and turned it off and this is what it looked like when I got back.

The girls thought it was the coolest thing ever!

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY TO MOIRA!!!!!!!  She awoke to balloons all over the floor and streamers everywhere.  She and Madeline were both thrilled.

For her birthday we went and met my dear friend and old college roommate Cheryl a couple hours away at a park.  Here are our cute girls playing in the sprinklers!

Cheryl brought birthday cake for us all to enjoy at BK.  :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this girl!  She is pretty much the coolest EVER!!

Here was Madeline's present to Moira.  I just love the writing!

Here is Moira's birthday cake.  She thought it was pretty cool.  I did after I was done, but not while I was doing it.  :)

YAY MOIRA!!!  YAY FOR BIRTHDAYS!!!!
